Where is my order?

Orders will be processed at our warehouse in Ohio within 1-3 business days. Please note that while our Black Friday promotion is running from 11/21-12/2, there may be delays in processing your order. You will receive email communication from info@myocean.com when your order has been shipped and delivered. Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to arrive once it's been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. The subject line will include "Order [#] has shipped." and there will be a "Track Package" button.

If you haven't received your shipping notification, please check your email and spam folder for an email from info@myocean.com. You can also enter the tracking number into our tracking page here using your order number: https://myocean.com/
