Shipping policy

All My Ocean orders are shipped internationally via DHL directly from our studio in the Bahamas. Shipping rates begin at a minimum charge of $28.00. To make your shipping cost more worthwhile, we encourage you to select multiple items or combine orders with gifts to share our island-inspired treasures with those you love.

Important Details:

• Shipping Time:
  Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, with shipping times varying depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

• Customs & Import Duties:
  Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

• Address Accuracy:
  To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. My Ocean is not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

• Damaged or Lost Shipments:
  In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

• No Returns/Exchanges:
  Due to the import duties and customs regulations in the Bahamas, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have shipped. If there is an issue with a product, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll handle the situation individually.
