Where is my order?
Orders will be processed at our Studio in Nassau, Bahamas. You will receive email communication from info@myocean.com when your order has been shipped and delivered. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive once it's been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. The subject line will include "Order [#] has shipped." and there will be a "Track Package" button.
If you haven't received your shipping notification, please check your email and spam folder for an email from info@myocean.com.
